Tagbin Launches Brixx AI to Automate Building Design Processes

Gurugram-based startup Tagbin has introduced Brixx, an artificial intelligence platform that helps architects and engineers generate building designs. By utilizing natural-language prompts, professionals can produce architectural drawings, Building Information Modelling (BIM) models, and detailed cost estimates.

Saurav Bhaik, the founder and CEO of Tagbin, stated that the tool aims to shorten construction planning timelines from months to days. The system relies on a combination of generative AI to interpret user intent and mathematical algorithms to handle the technical modeling requirements.

Origins and Development

Brixx originated from a project Tagbin developed for the Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region. The initial product eventually expanded into the broader construction software platform now known as Brixx.

The platform is currently tailored for large enterprises and institutional clients. Tagbin provides forward-deployed staff to assist these customers during implementation.

Company Financials and Roadmap

Tagbin reported annual revenue of ₹160 crore as of March 2026. The company previously secured $10 million in funding in December 2025 from investors including the Kurl-on Group, SageOne Flagship Growth OE Fund, and individual investors such as Ramesh Damani and Abhinandan Lodha.

Looking ahead, the company plans to pursue an IPO by March 2027. Future development plans for Brixx include integrating construction monitoring, regulatory compliance checks, and the ability to compare on-site progress against approved designs.
