FireAI Raises INR 2.5 Crore to Expand AI Decision Intelligence Platform

Mumbai based technology firm FireAI has raised INR 2.5 Crore from the SucSEED Indovation Fund.

This capital injection is intended to support the company’s go-to-market strategy and facilitate the expansion of its sales team and regional operations.

The investment represents a follow-on commitment from SucSEED Indovation Fund, which previously backed the startup during its early seed stages.

This latest round of financing aims to strengthen the company’s position as it addresses the growing demand for AI-driven decision intelligence tools within enterprise environments.

FireAI to Expand Sales and Advance AI Development

FireAI plans to distribute the newly acquired capital across three primary operational areas to support its growth objectives.

The largest portion, accounting for 55% of the total funds, is designated for scaling the enterprise sales team and executing broader regional expansion initiatives.

A significant 35% of the investment will be directed toward research and development efforts. These resources are intended to advance the platform’s core causal capabilities, which allow businesses to move beyond traditional reporting methods.

The remaining 10% of the funding is allocated to administrative functions and the procurement of new office space.

AI Platform for Decision Intelligence

The FireAI platform is designed to assist organizations in navigating complex business environments by providing explainable answers.

Unlike standard business intelligence tools, the software utilizes causal chain analysis and anomaly detection to deliver actionable insights directly to decision-makers.

The system features a natural language interface that supports over 90 languages, enabling conversational analytics across diverse teams.

By integrating into existing enterprise workflows, the platform aims to bridge the gap between raw data and informed operational decisions.

Revenue Growth and Investor Support

FireAI has demonstrated recent financial momentum, reporting an 82% quarter-on-quarter increase in realized revenue.

Furthermore, the company recorded a 520% rise in total contract value over recent quarters, reflecting a growing client base in sectors such as banking, logistics, government, and consumer brands.

Prior to this investment, the company had raised INR 6.2 Crores through pre-seed and seed rounds. Its list of institutional backers includes Inflection Point Ventures and Venture Catalysts, alongside angel investors such as Gaurav Khatri and Harsh Parekh.

This funding round highlights the ongoing shift toward specialized AI tools that prioritize contextual decision-making over simple data aggregation.

By focusing on operational challenges, FireAI continues to scale its infrastructure to meet the requirements of its expanding enterprise client portfolio.
