XPlatforms Launches AI Platform to Unify Business Data

Melbourne-based startup XPlatforms has launched an artificial intelligence platform designed to aggregate fragmented data from various business channels into a single, cohesive system.

By processing information from sources such as customer relationship management tools, social media, and websites, the platform aims to convert raw data into predictive insights that support revenue growth.

The company currently provides services for the education, SaaS, and HRTech sectors, with plans to expand its operational reach to cover 15 distinct industries.

XPlatforms Technology

The core functionality of XPlatforms relies on a four-level intelligence system that utilizes reinforcement learning and predictive analytics.

This infrastructure processes millions of events each minute, drawing from data streams originating in over 40 countries.

By automating the connection between disparate data sources, the platform seeks to eliminate the need for manual data reconciliation and technical expertise among its users.

The system is built to function as a unified intelligence layer that identifies customer behavior patterns and purchase intent. Instead of managing customer information through disconnected tools, businesses can use the platform to maintain a single view of their operations.

This approach is intended to help companies move from raw data collection to measurable outcomes, such as improved customer retention and more accurate revenue forecasting.

XPlatforms Growth and Expansion

Founded in 2025 by Bharati Babbar and Malcolm Kalwachwala, XPlatforms aims to address the challenges of data silos that often complicate decision-making processes.

The founders developed the platform based on their own experiences managing multiple brands, where they encountered difficulties in synchronizing data across seven different software tools.

Their professional backgrounds include experience in marketing leadership at Citibank India and computer science research at the NIRMA Institute.

The company currently operates with a team of 10 to 15 employees, focusing on industries that require high levels of personalization, such as education and career development.

To support its expansion into 15 industries, the platform utilizes pre-trained models and established benchmarks designed to reduce the time required for AI implementation.

This strategy allows the company to provide ready-to-use playbooks for sectors including retail, e-commerce, and banking as it scales its global footprint.

By centralizing data management and automating predictive analytics, XPlatforms provides a structured approach for businesses to improve operational consistency.

The platform serves as a tool for organizations seeking to derive value from their existing data infrastructure without requiring extensive technical overhead.
