Job Role: Voice of Customer(Remote).
Description:
- You need to Reach out to Users, Partners and Merchants to understand their experiences and expectations.
- You have to include participant recruitment and interview scheduling, conducting short interviews and surveys through voice calls and getting feedback from time to time.
- You need to Support the research and insights team with logging customer interview data and organizing it for analysis.
- The Selected candidates role is 5-days working from 10am-7pm. Weekly offs would be on any two days of the week.
Education Required:
- Any Graduation
- Any Stream
- Any Batch
Skills Required:
- Very Good Communication Skills.
- Presentation Skills.
- Negotiation Skills.
- Good Interpersonal skills.
- You must have Bachelor’s degree.
- You want to build career in Research Domain.
- You must have Fluency in English and Hindi is a must.
- You must speak at least one of these languages – Kannada, Tamil or Telugu.
- You must have Hands on experience on MS Excel.
