Job Description:
- Daily Cash application
- Manage electronic & Manual client payments
- Reconcile unapplied accounts
- Customer open credit Inquiry and Dispute Management
- Provide information to the customer service and sales departments as requested
Eligibility:
- Graduate in Commerce (B. Com)
- Excellent computer skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be detailed oriented, organized, with a great sense of urgency, and hard working.
- I-Speak –6.5+
- Strong English language skills (verbal and written)
- Meaningful Experience in Order to Cash domain
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Good communications and writing skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
