Role: Quality Assurance Analyst
Job Description:
- Develop and execute Quality Assurance Framework
- Work with stakeholders to create SOPs, action plans and implementation roadmaps
- Track, measure and report performance, evaluate effectiveness
- Ensure Process and Audit Compliance, deploy and audit designed processes within a defined timeframe
- Manage customer and stakeholder expectations and escalations
- Analyze quality performance and process capability, identify and analyze trends and pattern
- Drive Process Improvement, identify and evaluate ways of standardization and automation
Eligibility:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in service delivery and AMS engagements within an IT or consulting environment is preferred
• Expertise in MS Excel, data visualization tools and dashboard creation
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information understandably to all levels of the organization
